Rental Rates & Schedule

Weekdays (Monday–Thursday):

• Full Day (8:00 AM – 5:30 PM): $200

• Half Day (5 hours): $135

Weekends (Friday–Sunday):

• Full Day (8:00 AM – 5:30 PM): $200

• ✅ Pick-up available the evening before at 6:00 PM for a stress-free morning.

Important Info & Terms

• Timing:
  Rental time begins when equipment leaves the warehouse.
  For evening pickups on half-day rentals, your 5-hour clock starts at 8:00 AM the next day and ends at 1:00 PM.

• Weekend Pick-Ups:
  Rentals for Saturday or Sunday must be picked up Friday at 6:00 PM, as the warehouse is closed for weekend morning pickups.

• Security Deposit:
  A $1,000 refundable deposit is required.
  Held as a pre-authorization on any major debit or credit card.
  Refunded in full once equipment is returned in the same condition.
  ❗ If your card is declined for the deposit, your rental will be canceled—no exceptions.
